Formerly E. Willams & Associates, Palm Beach Luxury Home Management has been serving Palm Beach County residents since 1984. We have maintained the motto as owners, we “touch” every home, are familiar with each clients needs and understand the uniqueness of each property.

Our Team

​

Owners, Ken and Mary Beth Souza live in Lantana on the intercoastal. Originally from Michigan, they enjoy the wonderful winters in southeast Florida. Ken was formerly a special events owner and Nursing Home Administration.  Mary Beth has worked in bookkeeping for over 20 years.

​

 Partners Justin and Amy Souza joined the team in July 2021.  Justin was formerly the Director of Field Operations for a large special events company for the last 16 years. Amy has been in the customer service field for over 20 years. Recently, she spent the last 14 years at Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota as their Director of Client Relations and Business Development Manager.
Together, they have 3 daughters who all have a passion for gymnastics!
